SlingshotJP Return and Exchange Policy
SlingshotJP (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following return and exchange policy to ensure that our customers can purchase products with peace of mind. We ask that you please check the product yourself after receiving it.1. When returns and exchanges are possible
We will accept returns and exchanges of products only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and the following conditions apply:If there is an initial defect
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged due to our negligence.
Note: The rubber band of the slingshot is a consumable item, and deterioration or wear that occurs over time after use is not considered an initial defect.
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
If the product is significantly different from the product description on our website (however, please note that the color of the product image may differ depending on your monitor settings).
2. When returns or exchanges are not possible
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:Returns due to customer convenience (ordering the wrong product, product not as expected, etc.).
If 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
Products that have been used (after opening, assembling, or shooting). For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products.
If damage or malfunction occurs due to use that does not follow the attached instructions or handling that exceeds the normal range of use.
If the product has been modified or altered by the customer.
If accessories such as return slips or warranty cards are missing, or if the product box or packaging is damaged or dirty.
If the product has been stored for an extended period of time due to customer convenience and has changed over time (such as deterioration of the rubber band).
3. Return and exchange procedures

Name and quantity of product you wish to return or exchange
Reason for return/exchange and your request (refund or exchange)
Product condition details
Return method information
We will contact you with the return method and return address. If you send the product without our instructions, we may not be able to accept the return.
Returning the product
Please return the product in its original packaging, unused, with all accessories (instructions, warranty card, etc.). Shipping costs will be borne by the customer (we will cover the cost of replacing the defective product).
Check and respond
Once we receive the returned product, we will check the contents. If we determine that the return conditions are met, we will promptly process the refund or exchange. The refund will be transferred to your specified account. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the applicable card.
4. Handling of defective products and safety
Our products undergo rigorous quality inspections before shipping, but if a defect is found, we will promptly replace or refund the product.
